London and Edmonton, October 2023 - FirstOntario Credit Union extends their agreement with Validata, by upgrading to the latest Validata Sense.ai release to deliver continuous innovation and drive change in the Canadian market.
FirstOntario has been a partner with Validata since 2016, having used Validata technology for the legacy migration to Temenos core banking system and implemented Validata’s continuous testing to support their QA and DevOps initiatives.
The new release, Validata Sense.ai 4.3, combines the best of automation approaches with iRPA, AI and ML, and analytics to deliver superior, resilient automation focusing mainly on three aspects – to eliminate test coverage overlaps, optimize efforts with more predictable testing and move from defect detection to defect prevention.
At the core of the solution lies Annie, the app’s analytical engine that leverages generative AI and machine learning to identify optimal testing paths, uncover the root causes of defects, and to recommend "next best actions," significantly reducing the occurrence of issues and defects and speeding up the overall testing process.
Irene Milasincic, Vice President, Innovation, Automation & Digital Experience at FirstOntario commented, “Validata has been incredibly responsive to our needs. We have seen the value of their advanced technology and we look forward to continue working together. The upgrade to Validata Sense.ai enables a new level of automated, AI-powered quality assurance for our Temenos application, keeping us one step ahead with insights into what to fix, what to test and what to automate.”
Vaios Vaitsis, Founder and CEO of Validata Group added, “We are pleased to continue supporting FirstOntario in their digital transformation projects. This agreement extension demonstrates the strong relationship between Validata and FirstOntario, and underscores our ability to deliver AI-powered test automation solutions for the digital age.”
