December 2015 - Validata Group, the leader in Enterprise Software Testing and Analytics, is pleased to announce that it has been selected by FirstOntario Credit Union, a leading Canadian Credit Union, to provide its flagship products Validata ATS, ABC, Performance Tester and V-Conn to assist the Credit Union in their banking transformation program implementing the Temenos T24 solution.
Operating through 31 branches in 14 communities across Ontario, the Credit Union has taken a strategic initiative to deploy all four Validata solutions in an effort to optimize project delivery, achieve repeatable business outcomes and improve time to value.
All four products are part of Validata SAS, a central suite of integrated tools, a common ALM platform which serves as a single repository of all product-related knowledge, data and processes.
Unlike traditional tools where the underlying technical details of tests are not clearly partitioned from the business intent of tests, Validata SAS has a clear division between technical detail and high level business flow modeling which makes the delivery of reusable automated test suites and its maintenance an inexpensive and simple task. Validata SAS has features, such as built-in test data management, pre-built library of reusable test assets and pre-built ALM Analytics, all in one integrated suite, covering the complete Temenos software stack and designed to deliver from single upgrades to multiple rollouts!
The tight integration with T24 ensures that Validata’s solutions deliver results faster and will assist the Credit Union to reduce the overall time on the projects they have undertaken. Coupled with this is the full adoption of the Microsoft Platform that includes Microsoft SQL Server 2012, Windows Server 2012 and Windows 7 and later versions as well as a full integration with Microsoft Office.
This partnership follows the aims of both organisations to Simplify, De-Risk and Accelerate the implementation of Temenos T24™ solutions.
