Bernard is an international business executive with an extensive track record in expanding global activities of leading financial technology companies. His previous roles include:

2. VP Strategy at ACI Worldwide – leading provider of wholesale & retail Payment systems
3. VP Worldwide Sales & GM at VeriFone – the $2B supplier of POS & ePayments solutions
4. EMEA Director [M&A, Business Dev.] at First Data – the world’s largest payment processor
5. European Director at BIS Banking Systems - leading banking software provider (now Misys)

As a 27-year veteran of the FinTech industry, Bernard has been dealing with global financial institutions across the globe in areas ranging from core banking systems to risk management and electronic payment infrastructures. His experience of the FinTech sector extends to strategic alliances with key industry players (e.g. major technology partners, consulting firms). He has played leading roles in large M&A deals at First Data and VeriFone, he is a regular keynote speaker at industry events, and participates to selected FinTech trade associations.
