Key Responsibilities:
- Own overall relationship with assigned clients, including managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring customer retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Know how Customer Success processes currently work and what pain points clients face in their day-to-day activities.
- Use your technical and product expertise to leverage product value, product usage expansion and generate new use cases.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, define core business drivers and success outcomes.
- Maintain existing customer success metrics and KPIs to measure the business impact of their investments.
Required skills/experience::
- BA/BSc degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
- 5 years’ experience in managing customers both in the Cloud and on-premise for at least 5 years with equivalent software industry experience
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with test automation, DataOps or Devops technology, and good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge and understanding of the banking and financial services industry.
- Proven track record of delivering results above expectations.
- Ability to travel to meet with customers when it is safe to do so.
- Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills,
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English. Any other language will be a plus.
- Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
