Responsibilities:
- Coordinating between the development & business teams
- Managing and driving all testing activities - developing Test Approaches, Test Plans, Coordinating Functional (System Test, System Integration Testing, UAT & Regression)
- Driving best QA practices
- Other activities include: Planning, resource management, environment management, management of entry/exit criteria between phases, defect management, risks, issues, progress and metric reporting.
- Analyze and report test results; work with delivery team to resolve issues; work with team to move from reacting to issues to proactively preventing them
- Experience with automation testing
Requirements and Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of proven past working experience in a relevant role
- Experience of leading testing and associated deliverables within the project lifecycle
- Experience working in relevant environment and relevant market (Banking and Financial services)
- Ability to prioritize work effectively and deliver within agreed service levels in a diverse and ever-changing environment
- Self-directed and highly adaptive to changing priorities
- Effective communication and customer management skills
- Experience of working with Agile Methodology
- Preferably Test Management qualifications e.g ISTQB / ISEB or TMAP
