Validata Group, is pleased to announce that it has launched during the Temenos GSM in Athens the new release of its Temenos T24 COB Monitoring tool for improved quality and faster executions.
The tool provides end-to-end automation of the pre and post COB activities with a user friendly interface which enables customers to simplify their processes and minimise the risks of human errors occurring.
A bank’s close-of-business (COB) process can be time-consuming, error prone and unpredictable. A single operational issue can delay the COB process and place the timely start-of-day at risk, resulting in additional time pressure on transactions and potentially impacting the bank’s customers.
Validata offers an intelligent solution tightly integrated with Temenos T24, enabling clients to effectively monitor the system on a real-time basis and alerting them when an error occurs.
