Boasting over 25 years of extensive experience in the software industry, Vaios is one such dedicated entrepreneur who leveraged his years of experience to bring forward a vision and pioneered it into a success. Responsible for developing software companies through the development of global partnerships and channel sales, Vaios possesses deep domain knowledge in data lifecycle management, Project Intelligence, and test analytics software.
Vaios saw the need for a model-driven, integrated ALM solution with automated testing capabilities and based on his vision he established Validata Group in 2004. Prior to Validata, Vaios was the Founder, President and CEO of another two successful start-ups, where he was responsible for developing channel sales &franchising, talent acquisition and team building. He has been named among the “30 most inspiring entrepreneurs of 2018” and the “10 Most Admired CEOs To Watch for 2018”.
George Anargyros

George Anargyros
George joined the Group in 2011 and within the Management Board he is in charge of Human Resources, Administration, Accounting and Resource Development.
He focuses on driving forward company growth and improving the operational efficiency of the Group.
Prior to joining Validata Group, during the period 1993 – 2011 he held various positions in multinational companies including Chief Financial officer at NetOne Telecom SA, Head of Finance of Multichoise – Netmed Hellas SA, Head of Finance in The Nielsen Company, and has been a member of the Management Board of an international Software House.
He holds a Diploma in Economics and a Master Degree in Financial & Business Economics from the Essex University in UK.
Ewan Stradling

Ewan Stradling
Ewan is the founder and CEO of BMS Finance, a specialist direct lending business.
Prior to founding BMS Finance, Ewan worked with a range of companies, as Group CFO for the Netdecisions Group, including Agilisys. He was responsible for the group’s commercial, legal and finance functions. His experience included numerous corporate transactions, a substantial turnaround and restructuring, following the dotcom crash, and board positions as an investor director. Prior to joining the Netdecisions Group, Ewan worked for Investec in the corporate finance department. He specialised in M&A within the small and mid-cap sector.
