Business Need
The bank selected Temenos Core Banking as their system and embarked on a banking system implementation project for Release R18. The bank also wanted to establish an automated way for extracting data from Temenos Transact based on filters and particular demographic criteria, calculate and transform part of this data based on the analysis related to Moody’s requirements ,and publish them to Moody’s application database.
Solution
The bank selected Validata for end‐to‐end test automation for Temenos Transact, Internet & Mobile banking, SWIFT and Payments. The bank adopted Validata’s Managed Services model to support their testing activities across all project phases. Validata also delivered Performance Testing as a Service for Temenos Transact.
Leveraging Validata the bank was able to establish the Temenos‐Moody’s integration through automation of the data extraction from T24, as well as the modelling and filtering of the data, in a normalised way where all data associations and correlations were picked up automatically.
